Well success I have managed to find my way back to my own site - always a good start. Have tried to upload a picture but realised no pictures of self on machine so instead some eyecandy of Maria Sharapova - a good a choice as any from the limited options on my machine - note to self must get better at using the camera option on my phone...

Which is actually a good subject of frustration for me. Why I have I become so lazy at technology - always was great at setting videos, using PCS etc. But now find myself having luddite tendencies - why do phones have to do so many things but none of them intuitively - perhaps its the one I have at the moment a Sony Ericsson that causes the problem as it isn't v. user friendly in my opinion (although have had a Sony and Nokias in the past). Perhaps it is in fact a factor of the age old cry "not enough time" and better things to do? Or is it a female phenomena? My husband is as gadget happy as ever - if not more so - with less time than ever.

I like to think it is not me but in fact the design of the gadget that is at fault - if it doesn't engage and follow on logically what is a girl supposed to do?

Blogging - the start

New to this blogging lark. Only just started researching it all. What better way than set up your own site. Yet to convince myself one way or another as to whether all it is doing is putting even futher information overload on a world already full of infomation, opinions and spin. Or whether it is a valid form in its infancy and will be a credible source as time progresses and it grows up (if it can, without being hi-jacked by coporate spin merchants).

Off now to find out more about the world of blog.
